How fast is delivery?
Gros Islet pickup Free - The sol gas station parking lot in Gros Islet.
Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 10am - 6pm, and are generally ready within an hour during business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup
Castries pickup $5.00 - Everything cake on the first floor in the Blue Coral Mall, across from the game shop. Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 9am - 4pm and are generally ready within 24 hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Local mail
Orders are generally mailed within 24 hours (Monday - Saturday) using St. Lucia Post. St. Lucia Post standard delivery time is 2- 12 days. Free delivery

For pick-ups and Cell World island wide delivery you can pay with cash or card for post office delivery you can pay with card or PayPal.
14 days warranty on Bluetooth devices, vehicle accessories, power banks, Bluetooth speakers, phones & tablets cases, screen protectors, gaming accessories, computer accessories, cables & adapters and some electronics. Products within the 14 day period will be exchanged if faulty, after the 14 day period your buyer protection is finished.
30 days warranty on cell phones and tablets
The warranty only covers faulty buttons, faulty battery, charging problems, software problems.
The warranty will not cover any damage you yourself made to the product we will only service or exchange faulty products within the warranty period.
You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at Cell world.
You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. The items must be returned to Cell world address in proper condition and in manufacturer’s packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged.
How to Return a Purchased Item
All returned items (inclusive of the product, package and accessories) should be returned in mint condition.
1) Return to the pick up location in Castries
2) Return to the pickup location in Gros Islet
3) Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us.

Refund Options
We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:
Replacement: We will replace the item with another one of better quality, different size, or color.
Money refund: We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase.
Gift card: We will give a Gift card equal to the cost of the item (or larger) to be used on our Site with another purchase.
The delivery or shipping fee is none refundable.
Item Refund: Items in original condition past 14 days Up to 40% of the item price.
