All orders are processed within 1 business day. There is no deliver on Sundays and holidays.

St. Lucia post office island wide delivery service to the post office in your community is $5.00

Cell World delivery service to your home or workplace in Gros Islet & Castries is $5.00

Cell World delivery service to your home or workplace in Dennery & Anse La Raye is $10.00

Cell World delivery service to your home or workplace in Micoud, Vieux Fort, Laborie, Choiseul, Soufriere, Canaries is $20.00

Delivery is from 10am to 5pm​ Monday to Saturday.

1: Pay with cash when we deliver your order to you.

2: Pay using your card when we deliver your order to you, all cards are processed online.

3: Make check payment to Cell World.

4: Pay for your order using the new bank of St. Lucia online banking pay a peer service.

How can I pay for my order?

An item may have hidden issues that we are unaware of. If you receive a damaged or defective item you can return it within 7 days. The item will be inspected before we either replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not available within 7 days.

What happens if I receive a faulty product?

A refund will only be given if you request an exchange of a faulty product within 7 days and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund or if the product is not as describe on the website. Once we issue your refund you will get the refund on the next delivery or pickup day.

Items in original condition past 7 days up to 40% of the item price.

Items in original condition within 7 days 100% of the item price.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use within 7 days up to 50% of the item price.

How are refunds issued?

7 days warranty on Bluetooth devices, vehicle accessories, power banks, Bluetooth speakers, phones & tablets cases, screen protectors, gaming accessories, computer accessories, cables & adapters and some electronics. Products within the 7 day period will be exchanged if faulty, after the 7 day period your buyer protection is finished.

1 months warranty on the following products:

Smart watches: The warranty only covers water damage to waterproof watches, faulty straps and faulty battery.

Cell phones and tablets: The warranty only covers faulty buttons, faulty battery, charging problems, software problems.

The warranty will not cover any damage you yourself made to the product we will only service or exchange faulty products within the warranty period.
